Dr Jan Rogel, PhD


CBC Labs was founded by Dr Jan Rogel, a bioinformatics scientist specialising in computational biology and cancer research. With more than a decade of research experience, his work spans transcriptomics, single-cell analysis, proteomics, biomarker discovery, machine learning and causal modelling.

His research focuses on extracting biologically meaningful insights from complex datasets, combining established bioinformatics methods with predictive modelling, network inference and causal analysis.

His research spans multidisciplinary and international collaborations, with peer-reviewed work published in journals including Nature Genetics, Clinical Cancer Research and Cancer Research.
